Love, Joy, Peace...
The second part of the apprenticeship process is Multiplying Servant Leaders. Parts two, three, and four are all lifelong learning opportunities for people to continue moving forward as local missionaries as God has gifted them.

1. Life Group Leader Training & Leadership Experience
2. Multiply Life Group Leaders
3. Old Testament (1) and New Testament (2) Courses
4. Short-term Mission Trip (6 to 9-month process)
Life Group Leader Training & Leadership Experience (ongoing for Life Group Leaders)
Life Group Leaders will have ongoing training opportunities with their peers as they lead Life Groups in our L.I.F.E. R.hythm (Learn, Impact, Forge relationships, Entertain, Rest). In addition, as more resources are developed our Life Group Leaders will have coaches to help them set goals and take action to reach those goals.
Multiply Life Group Leaders
Life Groups are birthed as new leaders are raised up and sent to lead a new Life Group. This happens through the mutual mission work of Life Group Participants, Life Group Leaders, Christian Mission Coaches, and LACF Mission Staff. Raising up new Life Group Leaders and birthing new Life Groups means that we are positioned to engage more and more people to share the love of Christ.
Old Testament & New Testament Courses
Growing, servant leaders are hungry to continue digging deeper into God’s Word so that they can make disciples of Jesus who make disciples of Jesus. These in-depth courses are designed for servant leaders who want to apply God’s Word to their entire life as disciple makers. They will include opportunities to be obedient to God’s teaching in James 1:22. “Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says” (NIV).
Short-term Mission Trip (6 to 9-month process)
It is our goal to gather at least one short-term mission trip team every year. The mission trip is a 6 to 9-month process, because it gives us an opportunity to develop a Christ-centered team before, during, and after the short-term mission trip. We also gather intergenerational teams whenever possible.
